Our holiday house LA FUCINAIA renovated in 2005/06 is situated in the Cornia Valley, in the archaeological mining park ‘San Silvestro’, 138m above sea level, just a stone’s throw from the island Elba and the ‘Costa degli Etruschi’, with its vast beaches.

It is a quiet place in the lovely hills of Tuscany, surrounded by evergreen bushes and very old silver shining olive trees. Here you find the typical ecosystems, which are characteristic for the Tyrrhenian Coast and Mediterranean vegetation.
